Economic Forum in Karpacz with the participation of MTI
During the XXXIII Economic Forum in Karpacz, Prof. Marcin Ślęzak, Director of the Institute of Motor Transport, actively participated in discussions on the future of transport. He took part, among others, in the discussion panel "Innovative means of propulsion - how will transport change?", organized under the patronage of the Krakow University of Technology and the panel entitled "The future of public transport".
The panels were held on September 4-5, 2024 and gathered experts from the automotive industry, including representatives of BP Europa, Toyota Central Europe, Poznań University of Technology, the Polish Automotive Industry Association and the BOSMAL Institute for Automotive Research and Development. The main topics of discussion concerned the future of propulsion sources in various means of transport, from urban to heavy industrial transport. Energy efficiency, environmental impact and technological readiness to implement innovative solutions were also discussed.
The Economic Forum in Karpacz is the largest platform for dialogue on security, economic development and innovative solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. This year's edition, which took place on September 3-5, was attended by over 6,000 participants and over 500 debates were held.
